What to think about for a group trip
- Agree on dates and a rough budget first, then on where to go.
- Turn flights and places to stay into to-dos with someone in charge.
- Plan the days in the calendar, and leave some time free on purpose.
- A shared packing list saves you from three hair dryers and no travel adapter.
- Add expenses while you’re away, or half of them will be missing at the end.
Common questions
- Does everyone need to sign up?
- No. People join with just their name, and nobody needs to install anything. Only the chat asks for an email address once, so not everyone with the link can read along.
- How do we split costs during the trip?
- Everyone adds what they paid. At the end you see who owes whom, with as few payments as possible.
- Can I add private plans too?
- Yes. An entry can be just for you. Nobody else sees it.
- Can I add events to my phone’s calendar?
- Yes. You can add each event to your own calendar.
